Brief

Many contact lens users in Singapore and Malaysia normalise the pains and discomforts that come with using contact lenses based on old technology; often these symptoms are dry eyes, tearing, pain, eye redness. The task was to get contact lens users to switch to PRECISION1® lenses by signing up for the 5-day E-trial.

Solution

For our solution, we enlisted Jenn Chia, an influencer with a big following in both Singapore and Malaysia, who’s known for her quirky video content on the subject of relationships where she plays multiple characters. This was perfect for us to tell a dramatic, funny story about what a healthy relationship looked like VS a toxic one, as a metaphor for PRECISION1 contact lenses VS the outdated contact lenses you’ve been in a ‘relationship’ with for so long.
