To recruit more Nando’s loyalty program members by increasing awareness and talkability in a market dominated by larger and bigger spending loyalty program competition. ??
We decided to use our competition’s fame and budgets to our benefit. To offer what they didn’t, we slid into their DMs and let them tell us for themselves. We then used our findings to design our Generously Generous Nando’s Loyalty Program and shared their admissions as social posts.
