Reply is a 2D animated film about a girl trying to stop the unintentional love confession being sent to her crus. The story was inspired by a 3D short animation titled “In a Heartbeat”, directed by Beth David and Esteban Bravo which featured a heartwarming love story between two boys. Meanwhile, the idea of using abstract elements to convey the character’s feelings was inspired by a sequence from Gobelin’s student: “Digital Love”. Through this project, I want to deliver a short and sweet love story that will leave you with a warm and fuzzy feeling.
