‘Born Free and Equal,’ A campaign inspired by Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai’s song ‘Womxnly’, a tribute to Yeh Yung-Chih. Yeh, who was a victim of bullying for his unique gender expression tragically passed away in the April 2000. This has sparked vital discussions on gender equality education. Amid cultural controversy, the campaign strives to be a voice for gender equality, as rainbow roses symbolize all unique gender identities, not just for women. The beauty and thorns of the roses metaphorically express the intricate challenges on the path to equality. The concept of ‘Born Free and Equal’ advocates for the rights and equality of the LGBT community, emphasizing fundamental human rights for all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
