This TV magazine is an in-depth exploration of permaculture for those who are unfamiliar with the concept. Using sustainable, eco-friendly practices to ensure the wellbeing of the environment, the video would show the efforts of a 3-month initiative called ‘Hug Our Tree’, funded by a community-based organisation called Rotary International. The leader of this project, ecology specialist Sabina Arokiam, guides the host through the various activities that go into restoring the forest area in Batang Berjuntai. Interviews with company representatives and volunteers, in addition to Sabina herself, will provide detailed information on how to build ecologically harmonious, efficient systems for cultivating plants and animals.
