It’s 2025 and travellers still queue at money changers.
Even with RHB’s Multi Currency Card offering zero surcharge and instant in-app conversion, Malaysians kept queuing.

Solution

Enter the Queue-T - Turning money changer queues into instant sign-ups.

Instead of waiting for them to come to us, we brought the product right into the queue itself.
We placed promoters wearing scannable T-shirts that read “Skip the queue.”

Once scanned, people could get the RHB Multi Currency Card instantly, no queue, no hassle. With just a T-shirt, long queues were turned into free media for RHB.
