How do you move on from the death of your loved ones? Reality demands that one must grieve forever but with time one can only learn to live with it for death is but a cycle of life. To understand and make peace that what a person leaves behind when they pass on is not all sorrow and pain but fragments of memories that will soon be lost to time yet cherished all the same.

?? LOST is about tragedy that showcases about grief and moving on. In this program, the storyline and characters portray how they deal with death and the unknown for what comes next. They face stages of denial and the inability to move and grieve for one’s loved ones while living a mirrored lie.
