Most people in their early 20s feel lost in their lives as transitioning to adulthood is often fraught with challenges. Our early 20s are often the period of time when we transition to the working world, start a new job, and many more significant life changes. On top of all that, there is social pressure to “have it all figured out”. However, the truth is that everyone in their 20s is just trying to survive and do their best in this confusing time period.

Thus, CROSSROADS was created to explore the journey of adulthood through the metaphor of surviving in the wilderness. Through interviewing a diverse range of adults from mid 20s to 60s, this project aims to not only give young adults guidance on life’s hardships, encouraging them to find purpose, and direction in this journey of self-discovery.
