Dysthymia is a long-lasting, mild form of depression that is often overlooked but still impactful. My book“Among Us” is symbolized by two bears, White Night and Dark Night, sharing my journey with dysthymia to raise awareness, encourage mental well-being, and recognize toxic mindsets.
White Night reflects hidden struggles from societal expectations that contributed to dysthymia, while Dark Night embraces healing and authenticity. I hope this story inspires others to find strength in being themselves. Though the book addresses dysthymia’s pain, its plushie style invites interaction, warmth, self-love, and healing.
