Saying goodbye to my mother has been the hardest journey of my life. “How to Say Goodbye?” is my quiet conversation with her memory—a way to honour her, feel close to her, and perhaps find some peace in her absence. Through these pages, I’m learning to accept her loss, though the love I feel will never leave.

This book is for anyone who knows the ache of loss, especially on Mother’s Day, when memories are both tender and sharp.
