The reason for designing this sensory toy is to address the lack of proper and effective toys that truly support children with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) in their sensory development. Based on interviews with therapists and parents, many parents are actively seeking suitable sensory toys to help their children improve sensory regulation at home. However, the current market offers limited options that are both engaging and developmentally beneficial. Therefore, this project aims to design a sensory toy that provides meaningful tactile experiences, encourages creativity, and helps children enhance their sensory processing abilities through interactive play.
