An Insect’s Trail transforms fear into fascination through an immersive digital-physical experience. Most people avoid insects, seeing them as dirty or frightening, yet rarely do they encounter their beauty or ecological importance. This installation allows visitors to engage closely with visually stunning insects, exploring their forms and behaviors through touch and interaction. By combining AR, VR, and interactive elements, the experience shifts perceptions, encouraging reflection on the vital role insects play in our ecosystem. An Insect’s Trails not only educates but fosters empathy, turning apprehension into appreciation, and creating a memorable, transformative encounter with nature’s often-overlooked creatures.
