GrabFood did such a good job entrenching its position as food delivery expert that when it pivoted to ‘dine out’, consumers glazed over it due to the cognitive dissonance. How do we build awareness that GrabFood is now not just for delivery, but for dining out too?
We leaned into the confusion and came up with a self-deprecating ‘educational’ film on what GrabFood Dine Out is (and is not).
